Where can I get the Postando postcard app?
The Postando postcard app is free of charge and can be found in the Apple App Store as well as in the Google Play Store for Android.
Is my data secure?
We only gather the necessary data to accomplish our services. Of course any passing on to third parties is excluded.
What happens to my orders and contacts when I change my mobile phone?
As a registered Postando customer, your orders and contacts will be saved and can be accessed on your new device. Unfortunately, this is not possible without a registered account.
How much does my individual postcard cost?
The price of your own postcard is € 1,99. It includes the printing, the dispatch (postage stamp included) as well as the legal VAT.
Which size is my printed postcard?
Your postcard is printed in the classic postcard size (14,8 cm x 10,5 cm).
Which image resolution is the best for my postcard?
Usually pictures of more than 1 megapixel are already good for high-quality greeting cards, so you can use pictures from practically every smartphone.
Which size can my photos be?
You can upload all the photos you want to the Postando postcard app, cut them out, adapt them and put a smile on the faces of your nearest and dearest by sending them a real postcard.
How does my postcard find its way to the receiver?
After you passed your order, we will immediately print your individual postcard and give it to our logistic partner that your postcard is on its way latest on the next working day to make sure that it will arrive in the receiver‘s mailbox as fast as possible.
Can I send my postcard to any foreign countries?
Yes, sending your postcard to a foreign country is possible and included in the normal price. With the Postando postcard app you can send your greeting cards worldwide from your smartphone.
How long does the dispatch take?
The dispatch takes 2 to 3 workdays within Germany and 3 to 7 workdays to any foreign country. We kindly ask for your understanding, if the dispatch in individual cases should exceed the specified delivery times. We guarantee that the production and delivery of your postcard to the post office will take place no later than one business day after your order. The delivery times of your real postcard by the post office may vary slightly depending on the region.
How is the quality of my postcard?
To protect the environment, your personal postcard is digitally printed on high-quality and carbon dioxide friendly paper (350g/m²).
How many pieces does a puzzle have?
We currently have three different sizes: 49 parts (in a metal box), 500 parts and 1000 parts.
What does a puzzle cost?
The price for a puzzle depends on the size. The 49 piece puzzle costs 18,99€, the 500 piece puzzle costs 26,99€ and the 1000 piece puzzle costs 32,99€. In addition to these costs you have to pay shipping costs are paid (see next question).
Are there shipping costs for a puzzle?
The shipping costs depend on the country to which the puzzles are delivered and must be paid only once per address (up to 5 puzzles). From the 6th, 11th, 16th etc. Puzzle the shipping costs are calculated several times.
How can I send several identical puzzles to the same address?
To do this, simply click on the options of a puzzle in the shopping cart (top right) and copy it. The puzzle now appears a second time in the shopping cart and will be delivered to the same address.
What format has a puzzle?
The format of the puzzle depends on the size:

What format can my pictures have?
At the moment we only support widescreen formats, but we are working on the support of portrait images. To create a puzzle in portrait format you have to rotate the picture locally on your cell phone.
How does my puzzle get to the recipient?
After your order we will forward the data to our printing partner who needs about 5 days for the production. The shipping usually takes 1-3 working days to Germany and 3-7 working days to all other countries.
How long does it take to send my puzzle?

We ask for understanding, if the dispatch should exceed the indicated delivery times in individual cases. The delivery times of your puzzle by Deutsche Post may vary slightly depending on the region.
What is the quality of my puzzle?
The quality of your puzzle is basically the same as the proven Ravensburger quality, but still depends on the quality of the uploaded picture. Here the rule is: the better the quality of the picture, the better the quality of the puzzle. To measure the quality of the picture there is a quality check in the app, which rates your picture accordingly (0-5 stars). The quality must be at least half a star to be printed, but we recommend a minimum quality of 3 stars.
Can I cancel my order?
At this time it is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order. In this case please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the request to cancel your order and we will check if this is possible.
Can I also design a puzzle with a photo collage or greeting text?
At the moment it is not possible to add a photo collage or a greeting text, but we will plan this in a later update.
Who produces the puzzle?
As we cooperate directly with Ravensburger, the puzzles are produced there in the usual quality.
